FAQ's
You can add your domain by navigating to the settings area and selecting domains. From there, you will enter your domain and follow the DNS instructions provided. Once the DNS records are updated with your domain provider, UbiquityOne will verify and connect the domain for use with pages, funnels, and tracking links.
Email can be connected through the email services section in settings. UbiquityOne supports connecting external email accounts so messages can be sent and received directly within the platform. After authentication, emails will appear in the unified inbox and can be used in automations.
SMS and calling are set up by enabling the phone system inside your account settings. Once activated, you can assign phone numbers, configure call routing, and begin sending and receiving text messages and calls directly from contact records.
Users can be added from the team management section in settings. You can invite team members by email and assign roles and permissions to control what they can see and manage within the platform.
Automation workflows are created using the visual automation builder. You choose a trigger such as a form submission or status change, then add actions like sending messages, assigning tasks, or moving pipeline stages. Workflows can be edited or expanded at any time.
Contacts can be imported using a CSV file from the contacts section. During import, you can map fields, apply tags, and assign contacts to specific pipelines or workflows to keep data organized.
Calendars are created in the calendar settings area where you define availability, appointment types, and notifications. Once set up, booking links can be shared with customers or embedded on your website.
Forms and landing pages are built using the visual page and form builders. You can start from templates or build from scratch, then connect submissions directly to contacts, automations, and pipelines.
UbiquityOne supports integrations through built in connections and automation based integrations. These allow you to connect payment processors, scheduling tools, and other business software to extend functionality.
You can access video guides for step by step walkthroughs. If you need additional assistance, support is available and development or advanced configuration help can be provided at an hourly rate if needed.
